Our Montego plan has been newly updated and the revised version, titled the Montego II, is now available in locations where the original plan was offered.  You can see the new Montego II model home at 712 Cielo Vista Road in Masterson Station Villas, open Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 5pm.

Changes include about 100 additional square feet of living space, mostly accomplished by pulling the garage forward and adding one foot to the dining room, and by adding two feet to the living room, eliminating the cantilever in bedroom three above it. 

Also new is an arch replacing the cased opening between the living room and entry, minor changes to the kitchen cabinet layout and the pantry, allowing more room in the breakfast area and increased cabinet space.  Upstairs, the utility closet is expanded to a step-in utility room, and the hall bath layout is modified with an added window.  The exterior elevation has also been updated to include an additional accent window, and shaker siding accents, without losing the popular covered entry and front porch.  Download the brochure here.
