New homes just added to our list of those qualifying for special financing incentives of up to 4% of the buyer's loan amount! Applies to selected homes when financed through Walden Mortgage Group.  Most homes are move-in ready and include a variety of amenities.  

The list of selected properties includes homes in Lexington, Louisville, Versailles, Frankfort, Nicholasville, and Richmond, which include a financing incentive of up to 4% (compare to our currently offered 2% Walden Mortgage Incentive, already a great deal!).  Purchasers who buy one of these homes are eligible for up to 4% of the loan amount in Seller-paid closing costs, when they elect and qualify to finance the balance of the purchase price through Walden Mortgage Group.
