New Floorplans offered in Chilesburg Landing and The Reserve at Bryant Oak

Three of our most-requested Villa floorplans have been added to the homes offered in Chilesburg Landing and the Reserve at Bryant Oak, which typically include homes from the Traditions collection.  Based on popular demand, the Ashley II, Cavanaugh II, and McCormick plans are now offered in these neighborhoods.  

While these plans have been approved for these neighborhoods in the past on a case-by-case basis, as of January 28th, we are now able to offer them on any suitable homesite, without any special deposit requirements for offering the plan in that neighborhood.

These plans are among our newer ones, and are characterized by their great price-per-square-foot value.  Design features such as maximizing use of space above the garage, using 9' ceiling options for volume instead of vaulted or two-story ceilings, and designing to accommodate a narrower homesite allow these plans to offer unparalleled square footage values.  They are often priced well below homes with fewer square feet of living space.  The Cavanaugh II, for example, offers a spacious 3262 square feet at a starting price of $207,950 in the Reserve at Bryant Oak and $211,950 in Chilesburg Landing.

All three plans have four bedrooms in the base plan and can be built to include a fifth bedroom option.  The inclusion of loft space, sitting room options, tech center layouts, and dedicated study or office space in the various plans make them flexible and family-friendly.
