New Products on Display at Selection and Design Center Open Houses

Upcoming Open House Schedule
For home shoppers who like to get a preview of the products and finishes available to customize a new Ball Home, our Selection and Design Centers are open once every three weeks from 5pm to 7pm in both Louisville area and Central Kentucky divisions.  Upcoming dates are Tuesday, December 2nd and Tuesday, January 13th.  One of our professional selections coordinators and a Ball Homes Specialist from Milestone Realty Consultants will be on hand to answer questions and share information.

All interested home shoppers (and their realtors, if desired) are invited to come and browse our samples of floorcoverings, cabinetry, countertops, fireplace finishes, exterior finish selections, and more to learn about the range of choice and attractive, high-quality products that can be used to personalize a new Ball Home, both within the included features and as available options and enhancements.

What's New
New Siding Choices
Six additional options have been added to our vinyl siding selections, including more options in the tan and earth tone spectrum, and a granite shade that can be complemented with white windows and trim.  The availability of shake style siding and beadboard (for covered patios and decks) varies by color, so be sure to check with a selections and design coordinator if you have questions.

More Tile ChoicesDal-Tile Ridgeview Rust Level One
Level 3 Dal-Tile Glazed Porcelain Arezzo GoldIn both Central Kentucky and Louisville area divisions, new tile selections are now available from DalTile, with a total of twenty-eight ceramic and glazed porcelain floor tiles to choose from.  Floor tiles are offered in 12" and 13" sizes, and most floor tile selections have a matching 6x6 wall tile available for coordinating tiled showers and garden or whirlpool tubs with tile floors.  Also newly available is a selection of coordinating accent tiles for adding a special custom touch to tiles showers and tubs.  Additional choices in kitchen backsplash tiles are also coming soon.

Dal-Tile Accent StripFloor tiles are now offered in three price levels, with eleven selections in the Level One series, eight options in the Level Two, and an additional twelve choices available in the Level Three series.  Available tiles reflect contemporary trends toward warm neutral colors and rich earth tones, and offer a range of color variation options within the tile itself.  Softer matte finishes and less pronounced surface grooves also reflect recent trends in appearance and improvements in convenience of care and cleaning.  Pictured at left are several of the new tile choices available.

The majority of the DalTile choices offered by Ball Homes reflect DalTile's overall commitment to "green" concepts by using thirty-five to sixty percent pre-consumer recycled materials.  To learn more about DalTile's environmental commitment, visit  http://www.daltile.com/healthy_planet.cfm.

More Brick Choices
For the Central Kentucky area, Ball Homes now offers a group of included/standard brick selections, plus three levels of upgraded brick selections.  A total of twenty three brick selections are now offered, with at least seven options to choose from in the included/standard group.  All brick options continue to be the same size; color and texture are the differences among bricks.  Option prices for each upgrade level vary by floorplan and by elevation, with prices starting under $100 and going up to about $1300.

New Carpet Choices
For all areas, our carpet selections, provided by Shaw Carpets,  have been recently updated to include several new options in the higher quality carpet selections.  Ball Homes offers five levels of carpet upgrades in addition to a good selection of included carpets.  We are pleased to offer these new products at the same reasonable prices as our previous selections.  Our selections feature popular new styles such as flaked and tweed styles reminiscent of shag carpet styles.  Color selections include current trends toward brown hues, including deep browns and chocolate shades.

Many carpet lines are "green" products, not only produced from recycled materials, but recyclable themselves.  To learn more about Shaw's recycling and environmentally friendly features, visit http://www.shawfloors.com/Recycle.

How the Open House Works
Open House at the Selections Center is an informal question-and-answer session for prospective homebuyers interested in learning more about included features and available options.  Please note that custom option pricing is not available during this event, as our pricing department is not available during Open House hours.  Individual selections for new home purchases are made by appointment during business hours, after contract acceptance.
