It's True! You Can Now Buy a New Ball Home with No Cash Outlay!

If your dream is to own a NEW home or to purchase a larger home, Ball Homes and the Kentucky Housing Corporation have created a unique plan to help you own a NEW BALL HOME.

Now through December 31st, Ball Homes will cover 100% of a buyer's closing costs when financing a built-to-suit Ball Home through Walden Mortgage with a KHC loan.

Newly announced KHC loan programs now allow down payment assistance loans, and combining those with our 100% closing costs offer, homebuyers can close on a new Ball Home no cash outlay!

For example, on a new Ball Home priced up to $170,000, homebuyers can get into their new home for NO CASH OUTLAY, and walk away from closing with their earnest money deposit back.

On higher priced homes, up to the maximum allowable KHC sales price of $243,000, buyers can get into a new home with no closing costs and only the portion of their downpayment not covered by a downpayment assistance loan--up to $2,555.

Historically low interest rates make this a great opportunity to buy a new home!

Some buyers will qualify for additional savings with
Mortgage Tax Credits!
