Manhattan and Coventry Models Win Scott County Tour of Homes Awards

(Central Kentucky) The Manhattan and Coventry models in Georgetown's Adena Ridge and Rocky Creek Farms garnered a total of eight Best of Show Awards during the recent Scott County Tour of Homes.  The awards are given in several price categories, with all entered homes eligible for awards within their price range group.  Winners were selected by a panel of judges selected by the Scott County Homebuilders Association, who sponsored the Tour.

The Manhattan B model at Adena Ridge was awarded Best Floor Plan, Best Kitchen, Best Master, Best Interior, and Best Exterior.  The Manhattan is a highly popular ranch floorplan with 1853sf, including three bedrooms and two baths, offered in many Ball Homes neighborhoods.

The Coventry model at Rocky Creek Farms won awards for Best Interior, Best Exterior, and Best Kitchen (kitchen pictured at right).  The Coventry is a 1402sf home that offers some features traditionally found only in larger homes, such as a pass-through mudroom/utility room combination off the garage, a tray ceiling in the master bedroom, and an oversized one car garage.  The Coventry, which can also be built with a two car garage, is offered in many Ball Homes locations. 

These award-winning models are open from 1 to 5pm each Saturday and Sunday, or by appointment.
