Award Winners!
The results are in! New home plans recognized by judges and voters during this year's Central Kentucky Grand Tour of Homes include the
Sycamore Bend,
Newbury Cross, and
Haywood Park, all from our
Trend Collection.
A panel of judges selected the
Sycamore Bend model in
Bryant Oak, shown below, as a winner in several categories: Best Floor Plan, Best Overall, Best Landscaping and Best Curb Appeal. This two-story home can be configured with up to five bedrooms, including a first floor guest bedroom. The island kitchen offers both a breakfast area and countertop dining, and a pantry. Upstairs are the primary bedroom suite, two bedrooms, a loft or optional bedroom.
Our
Newbury Cross model in
Richmond's Arbor Woods community, shown below, was selected as winner in the Kitchen and Primary Bedroom Suite categories. Also a two-story home with up to five bedrooms possible, this flexible plan has an open kitchen with an island layout, both countertop dining and a breakfast area, and a pantry. Four bedrooms and a loft are upstairs. The primary bedroom suite includes a bedroom with vaulted ceiling, large closet, and spacious bath with tub/shower, window, and linen storage. As shown in the model home, an upgrade bath offers a garden tub, separate shower, and picture window.
The
Sycamore Bend,
Newbury Cross, and the

South Crossing neighborhood were all voted People's Choice winners by visitors during the Tour. The Haywood Park, shown below, has all four bedroom upstairs and a loft option available. A flex area off the entry adds versatility to this open layout plan.
