New Floor Plans!

(Knoxville)  All good things come in threes and we couldn't agree more! Ball Homes recently released three brand-new floor plans-- the Newcomb, Wheeler, and Westchester.  These two-story plans offer open layout living with creative, beautiful designs and upscale amenities. 

The Newcomb, pictured below, is a traditional two-story home with a first-floor primary bedroom suite plus two bedrooms and a loft on the second floor. A large flex area off the entry can serve as an office or formal living area, and can also be configured as a first-floor guest suite with full bath. This plan offers loads of living space and was designed with entertaining in mind. 









A mudroom with drop zone connects the garage to the kitchen, as well as the separate utility room with built in folding counter. The design details add a touch of style to this functional and efficient space. 






The new Wheeler floor plan, pictured below, is a spacious home with a guest bedroom and flex area on the first floor. The living areas on the first floor follow an open concept design, with an island kitchen and breakfast area adjoining a large family room with fireplace overlooking the backyard. 

 





The upstairs primary bedroom suite features a sitting area and luxurious bath with double bowl vanity, fully tiled shower, and garden tub. The utility room with folding counter can be accessed from the primary bedroom's large walk-in closet and the second-floor hall adding convenience and efficiency. 








Last, but certainly not least, the traditional Westchester plan is a large two-story with a flex area off the entry and a first floor guest suite conveniently tucked away at the rear of the home. This plan offers lots of space to spread out, with up to five bedrooms and an upstairs loft area. 





A spacious mudroom with drop zone connects the garage to the kitchen making it a functional space to help busy families stay organized.
