(Central Kentucky) Phase 3 of The Abbey at Old Oxford now open! Choose from thirty build to suit floor plans in the popular East Georgetown location.  

Many of our newer floor plans are introduced, with plans up to 3991sf available.  Plans feature gourmet kitchens and luxurious primary suites.  Many offer first floor primary or guest suite layouts. The Wheeler floor plan, shown below, includes a guest bedroom and flex area on the first floor, along with an open concept design.
