Choices

Ball Homes makes finding a dream home easy because we offer so many choices. Homebuyers can select from more than seventy floorplans, including the Cottage, Villa, and Traditions portfolios, as well as our luxury townhome plans.

Plan portfolios are grouped together based on suitability for certain lot sizes, general style, and size. These floorplans are offered in a variety of communities, with the most typical arrangement being a community that offers one particular category, such as Cottages or Traditions. However, it is also common for a community to offer plans from more than one collection, especially if different homesite sizes are present. If you are interested in a plan but don't see it listed in the neighborhood you like best, please check with a Ball Homes Specialist to see if it might be offered upon request. The Albany

All of our floorplans are designed in-house by our drafting department, and we are constantly updating our collection with new home plans and making updates to existing plans. Our latest plans reflect recent homebuying trends such as using all possible space to increase living areas, and using trey ceilings and nine or ten foot flat ceilings to create volume and visual interest, instead of high vaulted or two-story spaces that reduce available living space and are less energy-efficient.   We're also big on luxury kitchens and baths, flexible rooms like lofts, home offices, and guest suites, and on outdoor living spaces like covered decks and patios.

Whatever floorplan you choose, you can customize your new home with a variety of plan options, such as lofts, spacious luxury bath fixtures, guest suites, bonus rooms, attic storage packages, extended garages, additional bedrooms, covered porches, built-in tech centers or bookcases, and more. Most floorplans are also available on a basement, or with a side entry garage, when placed on a suitable homesite. We are also always open to considering requests to modify one of our floorplans to better suit a customer's needs by adding or changing windows, doors, interior walls, other moderate changes.
