It's Grand Tour of Homes Time in Central Kentucky!

(Central Kentucky)  Come see us! The 2026 Grand Tour of Homes is set for Saturday and Sunday July 18-19, and July 25-26. Homes are open 12-5pm.  Admission is free! This annual Central Kentucky event is presented by the Building Industry Association of Central KY and offers a great chance to see the latest in new homes. Ball Homes models in Fayette, Scott, Woodford, and Jessamine counties are included this year.

This year's tour will feature nine of our homes-- including our new Hudson II model in The Landing at Grey Oak, a Nicholasville neighborhood near Brannon Crossing.

The Hudson II is a well-loved traditional two-story plan with a second story primary suite.  This versatile plan can be configured with up to six bedrooms and four full baths.

Also new, our Sycamore Bend model in Tuscany is from our Elan Series and showcases an exciting new Hamburg location in Lexington.

Explore innovative developments in Lexington like The Peninsula and classic neighborhoods like Georgetown's The Abbey at Old Oxford.

Here you can find our Fairhaven model. Made with elegance and comfort in mind, this home is both perfect for entertaining and relaxing.

This plan features a lavish primary bathroom, with dual shower heads and a standalone tub framed by windows.

While in the Peninsula, come down the street to walk through the Tristan - a unique floor plan. The Tristan is made to fit you, with the option to personalize the loft for creative endeavors or to expand living space.

This open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Whether in the kitchen or the living room, enjoy a backyard view and easy access to the covered back patio.

The Tristan's primary bath is shown with a standalone tub and tiled shower.

Take a short trip North on I-75 to visit The Abbey at Old Oxford to view our model home in a favorite Georgetown location.

Distinctive elongated windows on both sides of the home provide warm natural lighting.

The Bridgeport's luxury bathroom includes a fully tiled shower and garden tub.

The primary suite is complemented by a specialty bay window with a Palladian window in the bedroom.

Also in Georgetown, visit our South Crossing neighborhood to view the Haywood Park model, a Trend Collection floor plan featuring open concept living on the first floor and all bedrooms upstairs.

Our Trend Collection models also include the Oak Bluff in Paynes Crossing of Versailles.

The Oak Bluff open floor plan provides a spacious kitchen and window-lit living room with direct yard access.

On the second floor, the primary bathroom features a spacious tiled shower and adjoining garden tub.

In Nicholasville, see the Granite Coast at The Arbours.

This open layout ranch plan is flexible -- choose counter dining at the island or traditional table dining.

Popular in the Trend Collection, be sure to stop by Masterson Hills for the Sutton Bay model.

The Sutton Bay features a double bowl vanity, spacious separate shower, and accompanying tub.
