It's Grand Tour of Homes Time in Central Kentucky!

(Central Kentucky)  Come see us! The 2022 Grand Tour of Homes is set for Saturday and Sunday September 24-25, and again on October 1-2. Homes are open 12-5pm. Admission is free! You can visit our homes in-person or participate in a virtual tour from the comfort of your own home. This annual Central Kentucky event is presented by the Building Industry Association of Central KY and offers a great chance to see the latest in new homes. Homes in Fayette, Scott, Clark, and Jessamine counties are included this year.

This year's tour will feature nine of our homes--including a new model in Brannon Oaks. We hope you can join us for this special event.

Our new Wheeler model (pictured below), makes its debut on the tour in popular Brannon Oaks, just south of Lexington, in Nicholasville. This is a newer floor plan by Ball Homes featuring a first-floor guest suite and covered patio off the sunny breakfast area.

Then, be sure to swing by Masterson Station in Lexington to view the Sycamore Bend, another Trend Collection favorite with a first-floor guest suite and three additional upstairs bedrooms.

In Sanders Garden, our Canterbury and Atkinson models will be open. A favorite on the prior Tours and Overall Award winner, the Atkinson (pictured below) is now available with a bonus room option.

Our Hartford II model home in The Reserve at Bryant Oak will also be on this year's tour. The Hartford II floor plan continues to be a favorite among our homebuyers.

Make plans to swing by The Peninsula to view our Kingsley model and see the stunning Canterbury floor plan on Sunny Landing Trail. This new home, pictured below, is a spacious two-story home with a first-floor guest suite, formal dining room off the entry, and a large family room open to the stunning kitchen.

In Winchester's Oakmont subdivision, view the Haywood Park model, a Trend Collection floor plan featuring open concept living on the first floor and all bedrooms upstairs.

In Georgetown, be sure to visit our Jackson II model (pictured below) in The Abbey at Old Oxford to more about new neighborhoods and quick move opportunities in Scott County.
