Sanders Garden Release

Sanders Garden offers close access to Citation Boulevard off Greendale Road.  New homes range from 2082 to over 3900sf, with natural gas heat and an upscale amenity package. Homes have three to a possible five bedrooms.  Several plans have first floor guest suite layouts, lofts, bonus room or attic storage options, or other flex room layouts.  All homes include a two car garage and a limited number of plans offer a third. Two new plans, the Tristan and the Palmer, are added for this phase. 

The Tristan, pictured below, is a spacious and unique floor plan with three bedrooms on the first floor and a fourth bedroom and large loft or optional fifth bedroom on the second floor. The main living areas include a flex area off the entry and expansive family room opening to the vaulted island kitchen and breakfast area, perfect for entertaining. The Palmer plan offers a first floor primary bedroom suite, open living areas, and up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths are possible.  A flex area is located just off the entry, and large dining area connects to the kitchen.  The kitchen features an island design, lots of counter space, windows, and a pantry.  The first floor utility room is just off the garage entry, and a drop zone is offered.  The primary bedroom suite is located at the rear of the home and includes a spacious closet, luxurious private bath with double bowl vanity, linen closet, separate shower, and garden tub. Additional bath upgrades are available.  Upstairs, two bedrooms and a full bath share access to a large loft.  The loft can also be configured as a fourth bedroom and additional full bath.  A large unfinished attic storage area is located off the loft.  Exterior details include a covered front porch with craftsman style columns, and multiple gable-end roof design.
 

Sanders Garden offers two signature entrances and open spaces with a walking path. The Sanders Garden area is convenient to Georgetown or Leestown Road and a good location for commuting to Toyota, Georgetown, Midway, and Frankfort.
