The 2014 Home Builder's Association of Lexington's Grand Tour of Homes starts this weekend!
The 2014 Grand Tour of Homes features 44 new homes scattered across Fayette, Scott and Woodford, and Jessamine Counties showcasing the work of our HBA Certified Professional Builders. With prices ranging from $113,900 to $1.3 million, there is sure to be something for every taste and budget!
Ball Homes will be featuring a total of 14 homes in this year's tour. In Georgetown, you'll be able to visit our Cavanaugh II Expanded and Westmont II models in McClelland View, the new Talbot model in the Village at Lanes Run, the Livingston model in the Abbey at Old Oxford, and the Baldwin in The Landing at Pleasant Valley.
In Lexington, you can tour the Arlington II Expanded and Cavanaugh II models in Glasford, our Albany model The Reserve at Bryant Oak, the Florence II and Milan II models in The Walnut Hill Club at Chilesburg, the ever-popular Hartford II model home in The Enclave at Chilesburg, our Jackson II model home in Masterson Place and finally our Monroe and Hudson models in Chilesburg.
The tour runs this Saturday and Sunday and next weekend, July 26-27, from 1-5pm and admission is free. The Grand Tour of Homes is a self-guided home tour. You may visit as many or as few homes as you'd like during the tour dates. A Ball Homes Specialist will be on hand at each property to answer any questions you may have.
