New homesites are now available in Cooper Farms, with homes from 1853sf to 3576sf. Home prices start in the upper $170's and thirty-three plans are offered. More than sixty homesites are included in Sections 11A and 11B of this southeast Louisville community. Cooper Farms is located near the Gene Snyder and has good access to I-65.
Plans have from three to a possible five bedrooms, and up to three baths. All homes have a two-car garage. This versatile collection of floorplans offers many opportunities for customization from a variety of options. Most plans offer upgraded master bath layouts, and several offer finished bonus or attic storage room options, guest suites, drop zone options, loft options, customized kitchen layouts, and more.
These homesites are not yet recorded, so sales are based on preliminary plats and construction will not begin until the final plats have been accepted by the city.
A model of of the Talbot plan is planned for this new area of Cooper Farms, which includes an extension of Black Walnut Circle and Top Walnut Loop, and the addition of Franklin Farmer Way.
