Just because you may have to move quickly doesn't mean you shouldn't receive the same quality and luxury a new built-to-suit home can offer. Ball Homes offers an assortment of Quick Move Homes that would be available for occupancy in 60 days or less. These homes are ideal for those homeowners that want the advantages of a new home, without the wait!
One such home is located in Lexington in our Villas at Masterson. The home, located at 2364 Merluna Drive, is a McCormick floor plan. The layout of this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home focuses on making the most lifestyle friendly use of space by adding living space in lieu of unfinished areas above the garage and unused space in two-story ceilings.
This home features a formal dining room, a large family room, and a private den in addition to the kitchen, breakfast area, and powder room. Lifestyle details include a walk in pantry adjacent to the kitchen, a storage closet in the garage, an upstairs laundry with a folding area, a serving bar between the kitchen and family room, and a room-sized master closet.
There is a private den off the kitchen area that is perfect for an office or kids play room. Upstairs, the hall bath is designed for the possibility of shared use, as is bedroom #3 with its dual closets. Bedroom #4 features a nook with window that makes a perfect study area, play area, or other hideaway.
The master bath includes dual vanities, a linen closet, and a commode enclosure, and is upgraded to include a 4' shower stall and garden tub.

Ball Homes is constantly updating and improving our inventory of floor plans to accommodate today’s homebuyers. We’ve made changes to our popular McCormick floor plan by accommodating larger living spaces and storage options. The total square footage of this floor plan is over 2700 square feet.
In the kitchen, we've created a more open and inviting space by framing the island by posts instead of a pass through into the living room. This small change allows the kitchen to be more accessible to the living room. We’ve also created a larger breakfast area by adding a bay area overlooking the back yard.
In the upstairs of the home, we’ve moved the location of the utility room to be centrally located between all the bedrooms. By changing this location, a wonderful “nook” area has been added to the fourth bedroom for a study space, a play area, or other hideaway. In the Master bedroom, we’ve changed the location of the commode closet, allowing for more space in the vanity area. This means that the Master bath vanity is now 7 feet long—talk about maximum storage capacity!
Ball Homes strives to provide floor plans that cater to today’s homebuyers. For questions on this or any other floor plan, contact us today! A model home of this fantastic floor plan is currently under construction in Richmond.
