Realty Executives Associates (REA), Knox County’s largest real estate company, and Ball Homes, one of America’s 100 top homebuilders, are teaming up to market Ball Homes’ Knoxville-area developments.
With the partnership, the team of Ball Homes Specialists have transitioned from J Honeycutt Real Estate to REA. Jennifer Honeycutt, Amy Schlosser, Amy Goodlett and Leslie Rotella will join REA’s Kathleen Cornett and four soon-to-be-named agents to form the new Ball Homes sales team, which will work from REA’s Landoak office.
“Ball Homes researched Knox County real estate firms and decided REA was the best firm to market its homes. We did our own due diligence when REA was approached by Ball Homes and it confirmed that this is a strong and quality builder,” said Steve Fogarty, REA president. “This partnership better serves homebuyers, and we’re looking forward to the results.” Based in Lexington, Ky., 55-year-old, family-owned Ball Homes has appeared for 14 straight years on the Builder 100 list of America’s top homebuilders.
Lisa Ball, Ball Homes’ vice president of sales, said REA stood out among area real estate firms. “REA in particular is a good fit for Ball Homes because of its resources and agents, professionalism, and local market knowledge,” she said. “REA is a local company involved in the community, which aligns with our values as a family-owned and managed company.”
Ball Homes is building in 6 west Knoxville area developments: Falcon Pointe, Silver Oak, Turning Leaf, Greenbrook, Hampson Place and Middleton Park.
