New Glasford homesites are now available! This group of homesites in Unit 1-L and 1-K will complete the single family homes portion of this very popular South Lexington community. Floorplans from 1650sf to 4067sf are offered, and base prices at the time of the lot release range from $179,950 to $289,950.
Many newer plans are offered in these units, such as the Dalton, Springdale, Inglewood, and Carolina. The Talbot, Glenstone, Rutherford, Wakefield, and Hawthorne are also offered in this location. A total of fifty floor plans are available, and plans offered are tailored to homesite sizes.
More than forty homesites are included in these new units of the development, along Manitoba Lane to the left and right of the existing Elora Lane. Approximately half the homesites back up to opens space/greenways and some homesites are suitable for basements. Many of these are premium lots. These homesites are on preliminary plats which have not yet been recorded, which means that construction cannot begin until the final plat has been accepted by the city. Mark your calendars! The 2014 Grand Tour of Homes is set for Saturday and Sunday July 19-20, and 26-27. This year's tour will include fourteen of our model homes--please join us for this special event.
In total, the Tour features 44 homes, located in Fayette, Scott, Woodford, and Jessamine Counties. Homes are open 1 to 5pm both weekends, and admission is free!
This annual Central Kentucky event is presented by the Lexington Home Builder's Association and offers a great chance to see the latest in new homes. Read more about the Tour on their website.

In Georgetown, our Cavanaugh II Expanded and Westmont II models will be open, and the new Talbot model in the Village at Lanes Run. Also new in Georgetown is the Livingston model in the Abbey at Old Oxford.

Also new is our Albany model, which will be on the Tour in The Reserve at Bryant Oak.

We've been busy here at Ball Homes!
We're excited to unveil new subdivisions in Central Kentucky and Knoxville, as well as the release new homesites within several of our most popular communities.
On the east side of Georgetown is the new expansion of The Village at Lanes Run, which offers a new selection of larger floorplans, and a new entrance on Old Oxford Road. Homes will range from 1853sf to over 4000sf, and base prices range from the mid $160's to the $250's. A Talbot model home is planned for this community. The Talbot, Glenstone, Rutherford, Wakefield, and Livingston are among the newer floor plans that will be offered in this location.
On the west side of Georgetown, we're now offering homes in The Enclave at Paynes Landing, which has a great selection of plans ranging from 1402sf to over 3500sf, with base prices ranging from the mid $140's to the $220's. Model homes of the Inglewood and Coventry Two Car plans are planned for this community. New plans offered in this location include the Talbot, Wakefield, Rutherford, and Springdale.
In Lexington, new homesites in The Reserve at Bryant Oak are now available! More than fifty homesites located in Phase 1, Unit 5-C on Rachel's Run and Tranquility Point are now offered for pre-sale.These lots are being released for pre-sale, which means that the sales are based on a preliminary plat which has not yet been recorded by the city. Construction will begin on sold homes after the plat is recorded.
Finally in Lexington, new homesites have been released in the Glasford community! This group of homesites in Unit 2-B will include floorplans from 1853sf to 4067sf, with base prices ranges from the $190's through the $280's. This popular south Lexington community offers a large selection floor plans, including several new ones such as the Talbot, Glenstone, Rutherford, Wakefield, Hawthorne, and Inglewood.
Knoxville has it's fair share of new communities and homesites.
Middleton Park subdivision is located in West Knoxville offering thirty-four different floorplans, ranging from 1939sf to 4067 sf. A total of seventy one lots are a part of this new community, which is conveniently located to the Pellissippi Parkway and Ball Camp Park.

We are currently selling some of our former model homes in the Lexington area.

Every year, the Home Builders Association of Lexington hosts the Grand Tour of Homes. The Grand Tour of Homes is the HBA's Annual scattered site showcase of new homes. This event features homes built by HBA Professional Builder Members and provides a great opportunity for consumers to view the latest trends in new home construction and to speak directly with HBA Professional Builders about their dream homes. Ball Homes was pleased to enter several of our most popular floor plans into the tour.
During the tour, industry professionals associated with HBA go through each of the entered houses and rate each area of the house. Ball Homes was honored to win four awards in each of our entered categories.
In the category for homes ranging from $300,000-$399,999, our popular Hartford II home, located at 4068 Mooncoin Way in Glasford, won first place for its Master suite design. The plan includes a double tray ceiling in the bedroom, and his-and-hers vanities, a corner whirlpool tub, and 4' shower stall in the bath.
In the category for homes ranging from $240,000-$299,999, the Hudson model home in our Chilesburg subdivision won first place for its exterior, kitchen, and Master suite.
