Choices

Ball Homes makes finding a dream home easy because we offer so many choices.

All of our floor plans are designed in-house by our drafting department, and we are constantly updating our collection with new home plans and making updates to existing plans. Our latest plans reflect recent homebuying trends such as first floor guest suites, versatile flex rooms, and extra spacious walk-in attic storage areas.  Many plans offer first floor living with additional or optional second story bonus suites.  Save energy with new designs that use trey ceilings and nine or ten foot flat ceilings to create volume and visual interest, instead of high vaulted or two-story spaces that reduce available living space and energy-efficiency.   We're also big on luxury kitchens and baths, built in pocket office and drop zone, bookcases, and outdoor living spaces like covered decks and patios.  To see the newest in smart design, check out our Trend Collection, homes designed for versatility, affordability, and beauty.

Whatever floor plan you choose, you can personalize your new home with a variety of plan options, such as gourmet kitchens, spacious luxury bath fixtures, guest suites, bonus rooms, attic storage packages, extended garages, additional bedrooms, covered porches, built-ins, and more. Most floor plans are also available on a basement, or with a side entry garage, when placed on a suitable homesite.
