We are excited about the opportunity to expand our home sites in eastern Louisville. Arlington Meadows, which is located in the desirable Shelbyville Road corridor, is conveniently located close to the Valhalla golf course and near recreation at both Long Run and Miles Parks. There are three sections that will be open in Arlington Meadows. Ball Homes is constantly updating and improving our inventory of floor plans to accommodate today’s homebuyers. We’ve made changes to our popular McCormick floor plan by accommodating larger living spaces and storage options. The total square footage of this floor plan is over 2700 square feet.
In the kitchen, we've created a more open and inviting space by framing the island by posts instead of a pass through into the living room. This small change allows the kitchen to be more accessible to the living room. We’ve also created a larger breakfast area by adding a bay area overlooking the back yard.
In the upstairs of the home, we’ve moved the location of the utility room to be centrally located between all the bedrooms. By changing this location, a wonderful “nook” area has been added to the fourth bedroom for a study space, a play area, or other hideaway. In the Master bedroom, we’ve changed the location of the commode closet, allowing for more space in the vanity area. This means that the Master bath vanity is now 7 feet long—talk about maximum storage capacity!

Here at Ball Homes, we always strive to bring today's homeowners the best and most up-to-date floor plans that meet their wants and needs. The latest floor plan in the Ball Homes collection is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage home that has an open floor plan and a family-friendly layout.
The Brooklyn has an impressive large two story foyer entry with a large plant shelf, powder room, and coat closet. The kitchen and breakfast area are open to the living room, which boasts 4 large windows facing the rear yard and an optional fireplace. The kitchen boasts an accommodating island sink, a breakfast bar, and a pantry.
